Can I purchase personalised or custom items with you?
Yes, of course! Your order will go through several steps to ensure you receive the best possible product:
- Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with all specific info that you need on your order, and we are going to prepare some design work for your review, if we are able to help you.
- You will then have a chance to review your order and approve or request amendments (amendments are unlimited).
- Once you have approved your artwork it will be sent to our production team or partners, and you need to pay.
- Once production has been completed you will be emailed a notification that your order has been dispatched and you will be provided with your tracking number.
Do you have a showroom where I can view your products?
We sure do! You are welcome to visit our studio in Kettering, Tasmania, an appointment is necessary. Please contact us at email@example.com.
Can I pick up my order?
- You are more than welcome to collect your order (just selected items, sorry), and even with a discounted price from our studio in Kettering, Tasmania.
- Please let us know that you intend to place an order and pick it up at firstname.lastname@example.org before to place it!.
- We will contact you to let you know if that item is available for collection at our studio.
- If the item, you intend to order is available for collection at our studio we are going to provide you with a 25% discount coupon code that you will apply for that order.
- We are going to let you know through email when your order is ready to be collected.
Can I make changes to your design work options?
- You certainly can!
- We are completely flexible with all our design work options.
- If you like an aspect of one design work option and want it combined with a different design work option, we are more than happy to do that for you.
- Simply, please send us your request with your other details at email@example.com.
I have my own design work and/or photos; can I use that instead?
You certainly can! Simply send through your design and photos with the specific details needed to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will use it when your design work is prepared for review.
Will I be sent design work to approve before my order is sent to production?
- You certainly will.
- A professionally prepared design proof is prepared for every personalised or customised order.
- This will be emailed and sent via SMS to you for you to review and either approve or request amendments.
- You can request unlimited amendments until you are 100% happy with the artwork.
I’m planning my wedding and interested in some of your products. How flexible are you in meeting production and delivery time frames and with custom design work?
- We understand the impact and stress the pandemic has had on couples who have had to postpone or cancel their weddings.
- We are very accommodating and realise that no situation is the same.
- If you require your order urgently, please send us and email at email@example.com and we will see what we can do.
- We do offer rush production and express post options to expedite your order.
- We are also very flexible with designs, if you wish to customise a product completely.
